CHRISTOPHER R. OVERHOLT

As Vice President of Marketing Partnerships and New Media for Dolphins Enterprises LLC., Overholt serves as senior sales and marketing executive for both the football club and the stadium facility. Overholt leads a team of professionals who are collectively responsible for all aspects of corporate sponsorship, broadcasting and new media sales, marketing and advertising promotions, strategic and financial planning and event presentation.

Prior to joining the NFL's Dolphins, Overholt served as the Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Chief Marketing Officer of the Bank Atlantic Center and the Florida Panthers Hockey Club. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing operations for both the hockey club and the building. In addition, he served as the senior executive in charge of operations for Incredible Ice, a multi-purpose twin rinks facility that serves as the Florida Panthers team practice venue.

In his earlier role as Vice President, Sales & Service of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd., Overholt was responsible for the marketing and ticket sales planning and execution of Canada's two top professional sports enterprises, the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and the NBA's Toronto Raptors. Reporting to the CEO, Overholt was charged with delivering corporate revenue across three separate lines of business. His team delivered industry-leading results during his tenure. The Maple Leafs are among the NHL's top revenue-generating teams, while the Raptors, in just their seventh season, were first in season seat renewals and third in the NBA for both paid attendance and total season seat base. These numbers represented a more than fifty-percent growth in ticket revenue since Overholt's arrival at MLSEL in 1998.

Overholt joined MLSEL from the Toronto Raptors Basketball Club, where he had served as the Director, Corporate Marketing, since 1996.

As the executive leading day to day sales and marketing partnerships business, Overholt and his team have partnered with some of the biggest names in the United States and the world to help them leverage their brands and properties. These partners include such blue-chip organizations as Pepsi, Anheuser Busch, MasterCard, Sprint, Wachovia, Publix, Home Depot and State Farm. Today Dolphin Stadium maintains the position as the premier sports & entertainment multipurpose facility in the Southeastern United States serving more than 3 million fans each year. Tomorrow — Dolphins Stadium will be the Stadium of the America's, serving over 10 million annually while playing home to the Miami Dolphins, Major League Baseball's Florida Marlins, Miami Hurricanes, the 2007/2010 Super Bowl's, 2009 BCS Championship game and the Fed Ex Orange Bowl.

Throughout his career, Overholt has demonstrated leadership and success as an accomplished operating manager, strategic planner, speaker, marketing director and P&L manager. In the fall of 2001, Overholt graduated from the Harvard Business School Executive General Managers Program. Overholt is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1987.

Mr. Overholt resides in Parkland, Florida with his wife Nikki and their two boys, Kyle and Dylan.
